Finance Assistant – Newcastle
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working in partnership with a vibrant business based in the heart of Newcastle. They are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their expanding team. Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the management of both debtors and creditors ledgers
- Income reconciliation and input to finance systems from various revenue streams
- Dealing with supplier payment runs
- Responsible for credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of the purchase order system
- Processing invoices for goods and services received
- Maintaining accurate and timely books and records
- Assisting in the development of the policies and procedures manual
- Responsible for petty cash
- Dealing with both internal and external finance queries
You will have previously worked in a finance capacity, ideally for a minimum of 3 years. Strong IT skills are essential and Sage 200 would be advantageous
Salary £20000-£22000 pending on experience
39 hour week
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
