Credit Controller – South Shields – £25k (contract)

KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Credit Controller for our client based in South Shields. This is initially a temporary opportunity covering long term sickness – expected term length 6 months, potential to be extended

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Proactively chasing outstanding debt via email, telephone calls and letter correspondence.
• Deciding when necessary to escalate the debt account
• Responsible for a high volume of accounts
• Successfully building and maintaining customer relationships
• Sending monthly statements
• Setup new customers
• Contact customers for payment dates
• Discuss and arrange payment plans if needed

As the ideal candidate:

• Available quickly to commence this assignment and able to commit to the 6 month contract
• Office based position
• Demonstrate experience within a Credit Control function
• Good systems experience
