KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a great charity for a part-time Finance Manager.  Your duties will be as follows:

•  Leading and managing the finances for the business
•  Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing all financial processes including the production of monthly management reports
• Quarterly financial reporting and bi-annual budget setting with the Board and Treasurer
• Producing accurate and timely financial reports
• Management of all financial planning, cash and credit control processes
• Working with the accountant and finance officer to produce the annual statutory report
• Ensuring all necessary financial returns are made on time
• Reviewing and updating financial policies and procedures
• Overseeing payroll, all financial data entry and management of bank accounts
• Managing gift aid, payment processes, the pension scheme and other employee benefits
• Managing and motivating the team

You will be a part or fully qualified accountant and will be an integral member of the leadership team.  You be experienced in strategic planning and operational management of a business.  Experience of working in a charity would be useful but not essential.
