Finance Manager
Salary: £38000 - £45000
Location: Stanley
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit a Finance Manager for a growing company based in Stanley, Co. Durham. This role would suit an ambitious and driven individual who is actively studying, qualified or a QBE accountant. The successful candidate will report directly to the MD and play a vital role during an exciting time for the business. Main duties will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Responsible for the annual accounts preparation and liaising with external accountants
- Preparation of monthly and annual forecasts and cashflow forecasts
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- VAT returns
- Producing KPI’s and other ad-hoc information for management
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Accruals and prepayments
- Liaising with other departments to assist and advise with budgets
- Managing the finance team
- Ad-hoc project as required
You will have strong IT skills, particularly Word and Excel. An individual who can be commercially involved in the business, who can lead and develop a small team and be 'hands on' within the business as required.
