Accounts Assistant
Salary: £26000 - £29000

KCR Solutions are delighted to assisting our client, based near Chester le Street, in their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant with an emphasis on purchase ledger control.
- Monitoring of aged creditors
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of employee expense forms.
- Processing of all purchase invoices
- Matching orders with invoices and delivery notes
- Processing credit card purchase invoices
- Ensuring ledger is maintained and purchase invoice queries are resolved
- Ensure purchase ledger reconciles to general ledger on a monthly basis.
- Processing timesheets for all employees
- Petty cash control
- Assisting with sales invoice processing as required
- Bank reconciliations
- Provide assistance as and when required to other departments within the company.
- System used: Sage, Excel, Word
OFFICE BASED
You will be confident, outgoing and keen to learn. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and be open to offering support to other department on an ad-hoc basis when required.
