Salary: £28000 - £32000

KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper for a family-run business based in Seaham. This is a varied and rewarding role combining bookkeeping, financial administration, and general office support. The successful candidate will be the central contact for managing financial records and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
- Prepare monthly accounts for review
- Prepare information for Year-End
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process receipts and payments and allocate funds
- Prepare and submit financial information to relevant authorities and private clients regarding fee payments
- Complete customer agreements and confirm fee arrangements
- Produce financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets for management review
- Ensure customers’ contracts, handbooks, and financial documentation are issued, updated, and stored correctly
- Assist customers with completing forms and setting up standing orders
- Prepare confirmation letters and other required documentation
- Provide administrative support to department heads
- Maintain manual and digital filing systems
- Provide clear, friendly communication
This role will suit someone with previous bookkeeping experience and good knowledge of Excel and cloud-based accounting.
