 You will play a central role in delivering high-quality accounting support and ensuring the smooth running of client finance operations, while also providing guidance to junior team members. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of multinational clients, including those within the technology and pharmaceutical sectors
• Deliver management accounts and VAT returns accurately and within deadlines
• Support and supervise junior staff responsible for bank reconciliations and ledger postings
• Maintain oversight of accounts payable processes, invoicing, and general ledger accuracy
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and smooth delivery of finance services
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of service quality
• Contribute to process improvements, enhancing efficiency across the team

About You

• Fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Strong experience within management accounts and finance operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills
• Able to manage a varied workload and work effectively across multiple clients
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify improvements and opportunities
