Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary: £26000 - £28000

Location: Sunderland

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a successful, growing company to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk.  Your duties will be as follows:

  • Responsible for ensuring all invoices are raised in a timely manner
  • Setting up subsidiary accounts
  • Building good working relationships with key suppliers
  • Responsible for the collection of sales ledger debts
  • Managing, maintaining and reviewing contracts for client accounts
  • Overseeing the production of statement runs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Working closely with the account management team with regards to contracts and invoicing
  • Resolution of queries and disputes with suppliers
  • Accounts payable and invoice processing
  • Reconciling bank accounts

With will have strong ledger experience, particularly in sales ledger and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
